In every aspect of our care, we are committed to a person-centred approach, since we recognise that every Service User has their own lived experiences. Therefore we, provide safe, person-led care with the client’s needs at the fore-front.
Our Carers
To ensure we only provide the highest quality of care, all of our carers and staff are highly trained and receive continuous support for the management team.
All of our carers complete a rigorous assessment and induction program including manadatory training that covers, manual handling, first aid, medication, equality & diversity, personal care and safeguarding. As well as completing regular refresher training, we invest in our carers and encourage them to enhance their theoretical and practical skills in areas that are of particular interest to all our clients.
You will only ever receive care from someone who is equipped with the necessary skills to support you, so not only will the carer be matched with you based on personality, but to the requirements that benefit your overall well being.
